One of the many variations of one of our commercial successes. Over the years, we have developed different versions of this machine in order to adapt it to the specific requirements of our customers. This model is particularly compact and handles nested syringes packaged in a tub or syringes on plastic combs packaged in a tub The formats processed are 6.85 - 8.15 - 10.85 in nests of 100 and 160 or 10.85 arranged on plastic combs. The rate is at least 36.000 syringes per hour for all formats and up to 80.000 syringes per hour. On output, the tubs and combs are stacked, the nests are ejected into a container outside the machine. At the outlet, the syringes are automatically distributed on demand over two channels to inspection machines. This equipment is the natural complement of a modern visual inspection machine or the "multi-product" start of a flexible packaging assembly line.
